Avis Prince, the visionary behind Slush Essentials™, is a seasoned entrepreneur with a diverse background in retail and B2B industries. Her remarkable journey began in 2003 while she was pregnant with her youngest son and faced the risk of gestational diabetes. Determined to prioritize her health and that of her family, Avis delved into extensive research and completely transformed their lifestyle. However, she struggled to find healthier beverage options that met her new standards, which led her to take matters into her own hands.
Driven by frustration, Avis embarked on the mission to create her own line of all-natural beverages. Her dedication paid off as her products gained significant recognition, becoming the top choice in their category and successfully sold in Whole Foods Market®.
A turning point came when Avis experienced debilitating shoulder pain for several months, leading to the discovery of a 50% tear in her rotator cuff through an MRI. Opting out of surgery, Avis's unwavering belief in the power of plant-based alternatives guided her. She firmly believes that nature provides everything the body needs to repair itself. Recognizing the skin as a gateway to the body, she understands that whatever is applied to it is absorbed within seconds. With years of meticulous research and collaboration with industry professionals, Avis developed Ambary Balm, a revolutionary solution for holistic pain relief and recovery.
